The 12 Pops of Christmas—or Feliz Popidad in Spanish

Steel City Pops was a regional popsicle chain that had come to Houston. Their stores placed a high value on highlighting creative talent in the local community. The shop manager held meetings and interviews at A 2nd Cup and appreciated the hand drawn vinyl work on the front windows, so she was referred to StickWit. I was asked to create a window display highlighting their seasonal “12 Pops of Christmas.” The window panels could also be opened when the weather was nice, so the challenge was to create something that looked intentional both when they were open as well as when they were closed. “Feliz Popidad” was crafted as the headline to add some Houston flair to this amazing lineup of flavors.
