Build the World You Want

Terra Webster had seen the information design installations at A 2nd Cup and approached StickWit about doing something similar in her playroom. As a white woman, she married a black man, and her parents had not adapted very well. She now had biracial children who had never met or been accepted by their grandparents. So she wanted a powerful message to spoken over them as they played in their home. After some concept work we landed on “Build the World you Want,” as a reminder that even though we often don’t receive the world in the way we wish it would be handed to us, we can always play an active role in changing it.
